By accessing and using PostaGrid, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service as well as the rules set by the social media networks you connect.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
PostaGrid is a tool to help creators and businesses manage their social media efficiently. You agree NOT to use PostaGrid to:
- Publish spam, misleading content, or bulk automated unauthentic posts.
- Violate the official Terms of Service of connected platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, X).
- Distribute malicious software, hate speech, or illegal content.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and permanent banning.
2. Intellectual Property & User Content
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all the content (images, videos, text) you schedule and post through PostaGrid. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.
Our Platform: The PostaGrid software, UI/UX, codebase, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of PostaGrid's developers. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our software.
3. Third-Party Platform Rules
PostaGrid integrates with external APIs. You acknowledge that your connected social media accounts are subject to their respective platform's rules and rate limits. PostaGrid is not responsible if a third-party platform restricts your account, blocks your content, or revokes API access due to your posting behavior.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
If paid plans become available in the future, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are issued strictly at our discretion or as mandated by applicable local laws within 14 days of the initial purchase.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your PostaGrid account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or abuse platform APIs leading to a risk for our systems or other users.
6. Governing Law & Contact
Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via your dashboard or email. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
